ESD Mats for Protecting Sensitive Devices
ESD mats, designed by DONGGUAN ANTISK ELECTRONIC CO., LTD, are specifically created to drain static charges from items placed on their surface. These mats not only protect the surface of ESD sensitive devices from wear-and-tear but also maintain their antistatic properties for long-lasting use.
Features:
- Main material: Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Nitrile-Butadiene Rubber (NBR), Natural Rubber
- Stable color
- 2mm thick double-layer structure
- Surface layer: approximately 0.5mm thick static-dissipative layer
- Bottom layer: approximately 1.5mm thick black conductive layer
- Heat Resistance: Slight discoloration at 200 ºC - 250 ºC. Starting to leave burn marks at 300 ºC (Instantaneous-temperature 300ºC)
- Hard wearing
- Scratch Resistance: No clear scratches and quick recovery
- Flexible/Soft/Comfortable
- No irritant odor
- Lifespan: Approximately 12 months under normal environmental conditions
