ESD Mats
ESD mats are designed to drain static charges from items placed on its surface. They also protect the surface of the ESD sensitive devices from wear-and-tear. Made from durable materials, the ESD safe mats are designed to be long-lasting whilst maintaining their antistatic properties. For a mat to effectively ground an item, the item must be either conductive or static-dissipative, as the insulative items will not allow charge to drain to ground, for example most of the plastics.

- Main material: Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Nitrile-Butadiene Rubber (NBR), Natural Rubber
- Stable color
- 2mm thick double-layer structure
- Surface layer is around 0.5mm thick static-dissipative layer
- Bottom layer is around 1.5mm thick black conductive layer
- Heat Resistance: 200 ºC - 250 ºC is slight discolored. 300 ºC is starting to left burn mark (Instantaneous-temperature 300ºC)
- Hard wearing
- Scratch Resistance: No clear scratch and well recovery
- Flexible/Soft/Comfortable
- No irritant odor
- Lifespan: About 12 months under the normal environment
