ESD Mats - Product Description
ESD mats are specifically designed to effectively drain static charges from items placed on its surface while also protecting the surface of ESD sensitive devices from wear-and-tear. Made from durable materials, these ESD safe mats are built to last and maintain their antistatic properties. To ensure proper grounding, the item placed on the mat must be conductive or static-dissipative, as insulative items will not allow charge to drain to the ground, such as most plastics.

- Main material: Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Nitrile-Butadiene Rubber (NBR), Natural Rubber
- Stable color
- 2mm thick double-layer structure
- Surface layer is approximately 0.5mm thick static-dissipative layer
- Bottom layer is approximately 1.5mm thick black conductive layer
- Heat Resistance: Slight discoloration at 200 ºC - 250 ºC. Starting to leave burn marks at 300 ºC (Instantaneous-temperature 300ºC)
- Hard wearing
- Scratch Resistance: No visible scratches and excellent recovery
- Flexible/Soft/Comfortable
- No irritant odor
- Lifespan: Approximately 12 months under normal environmental conditions
