ESD Mats for Protection Against Static Charges
ESD mats are specially designed to drain static charges from items placed on their surface, providing protection for ESD sensitive devices. Made from durable materials, these ESD safe mats are long-lasting and maintain their antistatic properties. To effectively ground an item, it must be conductive or static-dissipative, as insulative items will not allow charge to drain to the ground.

- Stable color
- 2mm thick double-layer structure
- Surface layer: approximately 0.5mm thick static-dissipative layer
- Bottom layer: approximately 1.5mm thick black conductive layer
- Heat Resistance: Slight discoloration at 200 ºC - 250 ºC. Starting to leave burn mark at 300 ºC (Instantaneous-temperature 300ºC)
- Hard wearing
- Scratch Resistance: No clear scratches and excellent recovery
- Flexible, soft, and comfortable
- No irritant odor
- Lifespan: Approximately 12 months under normal environment conditions
Application:
ESD mats are commonly used in environments where electrostatic sensitive products are present or where static electricity can potentially cause harm.
