Our ESD Antistatic Mats are designed to provide a stable and reliable surface for environments where electrostatic sensitive products are present or where static electricity can potentially cause harm. Made from high-quality materials such as Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Nitrile-Butadiene Rubber (NBR), and Natural Rubber, these mats offer excellent performance and durability.

Main Features:

• Stable color
• 2mm thick double-layer structure
• Surface layer is around 0.5mm thick static-dissipative layer
• Bottom layer is around 1.5mm thick black conductive layer
• Heat Resistance: Can withstand temperatures up to 200 ºC - 250 ºC without discoloration. Starting to show burn marks at 300 ºC (Instantaneous-temperature 300ºC)
• Hard wearing and scratch resistant
• Flexible, soft, and comfortable
• No irritant odor
