Featuring a 2mm thick double-layer structure, our ESD mats are designed for stability and longevity. The surface layer is approximately 0.5mm thick and made of a static-dissipative material, while the bottom layer is around 1.5mm thick and made of a black conductive material.
Our ESD mats are also heat resistant, with a temperature range of 200 ºC - 250 ºC. They are slightly discolored at 200 ºC and starting to show burn marks at 300 ºC. Additionally, they are hard-wearing and scratch-resistant, ensuring long-lasting performance.
