ESD Mats
ESD mats are specifically designed to drain static charges from items placed on its surface. They also provide protection for ESD sensitive devices, preventing wear-and-tear. Made from durable materials, these ESD safe mats are long-lasting while maintaining their antistatic properties. For effective grounding, the item placed on the mat must be either conductive or static-dissipative, as insulative items will not allow charge to drain to the ground.

- Main material: Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Nitrile-Butadiene Rubber (NBR), Natural Rubber
- Stable color
- 2mm thick double-layer structure
- Surface layer is around 0.5mm thick static-dissipative layer
- Bottom layer is around 1.5mm thick black conductive layer
- Heat Resistance: 200 ºC - 250 ºC (slightly discolored), 300 ºC (starting to leave burn marks)
- Hard wearing
- Scratch Resistance: No clear scratches and well recovery
- Flexible/Soft/Comfortable
- No irritant odor
- Lifespan: About 12 months under normal environment conditions
