A sticky mat, also called a tacky mat or cleanroom mat, is a mat with an adhesive surface that is placed at the entrances or exits to certain workplaces to remove contaminants from the bottoms of footwear and wheeled carts such as hand trucks.
What is sticky mat adhesive?
A water-based acrylic adhesive specially formulated to remain tacky when dry yet allow you to reposition artwork or remove it from your cutting mat when finished.
What is the advantages of Cleanroom Sticky Mat:

Step 1:Cleaning the floor surface where you want to put sticky mat to make the floor clean and fry.
Step 2:Remove the bottom protection film (After the last of number tab)
Step 3:Put the sticky mat on the right position and avoid wheels of facilities pass through the label of the sticky mat
Step 4:Slightly put the sticky mat from the opposite side to to the label side and keep pressuring on the sticky mat to make sure there is no air between mat and floor
Step 5:Tear off the top of protection film from the first layer
Step 6:Sticky Mat capture the dust and other particles when shoes and wheels through the surface.Simply peel away the solid layer by tearing off the number tab to the opposite Conner direction and avoid the two adhesive side stick together.Meanwhile,press the next number tab while peer off the top one to avoid the next sheet follow.
How to Keep tacky mat?
1.Avoid the 2 adhesive side sticky together: It usually caused by peel off the contaminated sheets incorrectly. The correct way for peel off the contaminated sheet is take off it from the number label and peel off the other 3 three corner from one direction. Take the contaminated sheet from the sticky mat once all the 4 corners are peeled off.
2.Don't let the wheels of facilities rolled over by the number label of sticky mat. Wheels will take away few sheets of sticky mat from label by rolling over.
3.Avoid water and oil. Water, big moisture and oil will reduce the tackiness of sticky mat.
4.Avoid sunlight. It will cause the sticky mat lose glue and reduce adhesive, and also shrink sticky mat.
5.Keep flat in storage. It will make the tacky mat deformation(wrinkles).
6.Keep no air between the mat and the floorwhen put the adhesive mat on the floor. Or will cause many bubbles during use. The right way is to press the whole mat to push-out the air by one direction.
